My work with KWMC, Eight Creative Agency, Bristol City Council and Bristol Impact Fund from 2023-2024 consisted of workshops, mentoring and teaching individuals and organising in digital storytelling and filmmaking.
Bristol Impact Fund (BIF)
Spanning over 2024 and due to be delivered in December, my work with Bristol Impact Fund became something of a unique and rewarding project.
Beginning as a workshop in digital storytelling, it expanded into direct support with five organisations funded by BIF to help them create their own films showing their impact.
This meant running a series of workshops, supplying them with resources and most importantly, having regular one-to-one catch-ups to help them through each stage of the process.
Of all the work I have done, this really felt like a special and rewarding way to help benefit communities and organisations.
Eight Creative Agency
Over the course of projects with Square Food Foundation, West of England Combined Authority, Bristol City Council and Knowle West Alliance, I took on the role of a mentor.
What this meant is that each project has at least one emerging creative attached to it. An 18-30 year old looking to break into the creative industries and who are paid to gain skills and portfolio in the sector.
